Directions to the Croton-On-Hudson Office

From Points South:

Via Sprain Brook Parkway: Take the Sprain Brook Parkway north to the exit marked “9A/100". (This exit is the one after an exit for Route 117). The exit ramp will lead you right onto Route 9A. Remain on 9A until it merges into Route 9 North, at which point the road will widen. Once on Route 9 North, take the second exit, marked Route 9A/129. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right. Go through one traffic light. At the second traffic light, make a left, going uphill following sign for 129. After 1/2 mile, make a left at the next traffic light onto Old Post Road, immediately in front of the Kathleen Riedy Law Office. Go one block and take a right onto Grand Street at a traffic light on island in middle of road. The EAST MOUNTAIN CENTER is the 3rd door on the right, in a white building with a front porch. There is patient parking in the rear.

Via Taconic Parkway: Take the Taconic Parkway to the Underhill Avenue exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left. At the next T, make another right. Continue for approximately 5 miles until coming into the outskirts of Croton. You will come to a fork in the road, at which you will take the right fork just in front of the Perry Kennedy Realty Office. You are now on Grand Street. Follow this almost to a traffic light on an island in middle of road. About 3 doors before this traffic light, on the left, you will see the EAST MOUNTAIN CENTER, in a white building with a front porch. The building number is 132. There is patient parking in the rear.

From Points North:

Via Route 9: Take Route 9 South past Peekskill. Get off at the SENASQUA ROAD exit and bear to the right on the exit ramp, which winds around back over Route 9. At stop sign, make right onto Route 9A going SOUTH. Go approx. 1/2 mile, and then make left onto Grand Street, just past the Medical Center. Follow Grand Street uphill to a stop sign and then continue going straight. At the traffic light on an island in the middle of road, bear left. The EAST MOUNTAIN CENTER is the 3rd door on the right, in a white building with a front porch. The building number is 132. There is patient parking in the rear.

Via Taconic Parkway: Take the Taconic Parkway to the Underhill Avenue exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right. At the next T, make another right. Continue for approximately 5 miles until coming into the outskirts of Croton. Via Tappan Zee Bridge: After coming off the bridge, follow signs for Route 287 East, then for Saw Mill North. Take the SAW MILL RIVER PARKWAY North. From the Saw Mill, get off at Exit 25, Hawthorne/ 9A. Slow down while exiting, as the traffic light is immediately after the exit ramp. Take a left at this traffic light, going north onto Route 9A. Remain on 9A until it merges into Route 9 North, at which point the road will widen. Once on Route 9 North, take the second exit, marked Route 9A/129. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right. Go through one traffic light. At the second traffic light, make a left, going uphill following a sign for Route 129. After 1/2 mile, make a left at the next traffic light (in front of the Kathleen Riedy law office) onto Old Post Road. Go one block and take a right at the traffic light on an island in the middle of road. The EAST MOUNTAIN CENTER is the 3rd door on the right, in a white building with a front porch. The building number is 132. There is patient parking in the rear.
